  • Base Rate: Starting at $450
  • Includes: On-site styling, professional lighting, and high-resolution digital delivery.
  • Ideal for: Menu updates, social media content, and editorial features.

Real Estate & Architectural

  • Base Rate: Starting at $500
  • Includes: Full interior/exterior coverage and cinematic video walkthroughs.
  • Ideal for: Luxury listings and commercial developments.

Live Events & Productions

  • Custom Quote Only
  • Capabilities: 5-camera cinematic setups, professional audio capture, and multi-angle editing.
  • Ideal for: Dance recitals, stage performances, and corporate summits.

The Details

  • All rates include professional editing and digital delivery via a private gallery.
  • Travel fees may apply for locations outside of Columbus, OH.
  • A 50% retainer is required to secure your session date.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Retainers: A non-refundable 50% retainer of the total service fee is required to secure your date on my calendar. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot.
  • Rescheduling: I understand that things happen. You may reschedule your session once with at least 48 hours’ notice without losing your retainer.
  • Travel Charges: Locations beyond a 30-mile radius of Columbus, OH will incur a travel charge to cover transportation costs.
  • Delivery: Final edited media will be delivered via a private digital gallery once the final balance has been settled.
