Production Standards & Policies

  • Digital Delivery: All projects include professional post-production editing and secure digital delivery via a private, high-speed gallery.
  • Securing Your Dates: Because production dates book quickly, a non-refundable 50% retainer of the total project scope is required to lock your shoot on the calendar. The remaining balance is due on or before production day.
  • Rescheduling: Production is dynamic, and we understand things happen. You may reschedule your production dates once with at least 48 hours’ notice without losing your retainer.
  • Travel & Logistics: All rates apply to the greater Columbus, OH area. Locations beyond a 30-mile radius will incur standard travel and transportation fees, which will be clearly outlined in your initial proposal.
